COMMA RULES:
Comma rules can be complex, but the ACT only asks for a few simple uses.
RULE: Use commas to separate words and word groups in a simple series of three or more items. Note that the “Oxford comma” is present before the “and.”

RULE: Use a comma to separate two or more adjectives when the adjectives are interchangeable.
